-Irrevocable, Confirmed, transferable, payable at sight and Guaranteed by a Top 50 World Bank for the sum covering the last month shipment quantity.
PROCEDURE:
1. The seller provides an FCO to buyer.
2. Buyer confirm soft offer and provides ICPO.
3. The Seller will provide a draft contract open for possible amendment. Buyer returns signed draft contract.
4. Seller and Buyer exchange legalized and registered contract through courier and depositing a copy of the contract in their respective banks
